FVMapile Incorporated is a DOE-registered Electrical and Energy Solutions Company serving commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, food, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. Founded in 1991, reincorporated in 2008, and led by Francis V. Mapile, PEE.
From a small comfort-room renovation to nationwide projects
FVMI began in 1991 in a single office in Sampaloc, Manila. Our very first project was a small comfort room electrical renovation — the kind of careful work that builds reputation one job at a time.
In 2003, the firm rebranded as FVMAPILE & Associates, formalizing what had grown into a multi-disciplinary engineering practice serving manufacturing plants, malls, and corporate clients across Metro Manila.
By 2008, demand had outgrown the sole-proprietorship structure. FVMI reincorporated as FVMAPILE Incorporated — the entity that has since taken on the design, fit-out, and audit of some of the Philippines' most recognizable buildings: SM malls nationwide, Solaire Hotel & Resort, RCBC Plaza, Ayala Land's COHO developments, Philippine National Bank, and more.
Today FVMI is a DOE-registered Energy Service Company (ESCO) with Level 1 and Level 2 audit capability, a PCAB-licensed specialty contractor (License No. 32972), and an active member of SPECS, AFEEC, FAPECA, and BICSP. Our team of licensed PEE, PECE, REE, and ECE engineers leads every project — from a single feederline upgrade to a 46-storey design.
